This retreat runs for 7 nights and 8 days and will focus around the importance of self-acceptance, who our real competition is, and how we can actively recondition our brain to think positively about ourselves in situations where we would otherwise be our biggest critics. Our workshops and group sessions will tackle ways we can recondition our mentality to think in terms of positivity and awareness rather than comparison and criticism of ourselves to others.
Self-care ultimately is the divine language we speak with ourselves, how we choose to cultivate the energies that echo through the deep corners in our mind, body and soul. It is the steps we take every day in our life towards maintaining our personal health and well-being. Do we suppress ourselves and try to fill the void with external forces while we crave approval from others? Do we value our time and give our minds and bodies the proper rest and reflection we all need as human beings? Do we practice healthy eating habits, physical exercise, or some form of meditation?
Self-Discovery is essentially being aware of oneself. Becoming the observer, finding solace and strength in our solitude, being able to identify the paths given to us and learning how to navigate our lives to fulfil ourselves personally rather than our notion of how we should be living. This retreat will focus on the importance of Self-discovery, how we can cultivate our own and the benefits of being connected to our higher and inner source of love and light.
