Self-Care is the most essential thing we need in our lives yet most of us do not practice any form and as a result suffer great consequences of disconnection from our physical, mental, and spiritual selves. It is ultimately is the divine language we speak with ourselves and how we choose to cultivate the energies that echo through the deep corners in our mind, body and soul. It is the steps we take every day in our life towards maintaining our personal health and well-being.

Our retreat will be focused around changing our perception of self-care from something we need to do to something we want to do. It will be fitness focused, but not in the traditional sense of fitness oriented. This is a safe space for women of all physical levels, for the individual to focus on what works for their own body, and find a way to incorporate that into a routine that could translate into real change and guide her down her journey long after she’s returned back to her reality.
The Self-Care retreat is exclusively intended for you to break down what self-care truly means, develop and cultivate your personal self-care practices. It is to harness the strength and conviction within a shared sisterhood and share your vulnerabilities and personal obstacles with practitioners on hand to support you in changing the narrative and focus by utilising its power to better serve in all aspects of your life.
We have designed a badass fitness bootcamp with Tracy, using nature as your fitness playground and your body as the ultimate exercise equipment. Teamed with a variety of interactive cultural, wellness, and fitness experiences like panoramic hikes an array of water-sports, self-care workshops, sisterhood sharing circles, daily deep self-care meditations and breath-work practices, power, hatha, and vinyasa yoga and so much more.

If anyone understands the importance of practicing Self-Care in an age where time seems to constantly be against us, it’s Tracy Harmoush. A Lebanese American with a wild and passionate soul who spent 10 years in the world of investment banking before deciding to leave and start her own venture, Untraceable. In the fast-paced and competitive world of finance, she felt the all too familiar itch some of us may come across in our careers and realized her time, or lack thereof was greatly dictating her life. She felt the need to start a new chapter and to test different skills, chase after other opportunities and try to make some of her own creative ideas come to life.
Tracy is leading the charge for those of us who identify what changes need to be made in order to care for ourselves, no matter how scary or uncomfortable it might be. She is an adventurous adrenaline junkie refusing to be anything less than her authentic self. By being bold and in tune with herself she has dismissed the mindset that we must set unnecessary boundaries.
Her passion for athletics and adventure has transformed into helping others achieve their own goals with her weight training and inversion workshops. Her active lifestyle promotes her understanding of the importance in self-care both mentally and physically. Tracy will be spearheading our retreat that will center around self-care and show how we can utilise time to be on our side rather than constantly feeling like we are behind the ball, which causes a downward spiral in our overall well-being.
Whether you want to start your morning with a gentle vinyasa flow, wind down from a long day with some relaxing yin or catch the next surf break, Lexi’s your girl. With roots stemming from Cape Town, Lexi’s adventurous spirit has turned her into a global nomad. It’s hard not to catch her infectious smile, her radiant love shines bright in every place that she visits.
