MEET JIAH

Therapeutic Art Facilitator, Beyond Quantum Healer, Reiki Healer

Jiah practices therapeutic art, Beyond Quantum Healing, and Reiki. She has a Master’s in Art Therapy and certifications as a Beyond Quantum Healer, Reiki Master, and Energy Healer.

Over the past 10+ years, she has explored how self-expression through art combined with spiritual and mindfulness-based practices can serve as a self-healing and self-care tool. Her mission is to guide others in learning how to better tune into their intuition, higher-self, emotions, body, expand their consciousness, and practice self-healing.

 

Exploring Divine Feminine Through Art

After a short introduction, we will open the circle to introduce ourselves and share your intention for the session briefly. We will begin with an Unconditional Acceptance & Relaxation Meditation, followed by a Guided Imagery, where you are guided into a deep state of relaxation, similar to an alpha brain state, and into a deep inward-journey. After, the art-making process can deepen the experience making it more tangible. You will learn simple techniques to use the art materials. You will learn how to learn about yourself through the art by journaling. After, we will have a group discussion focused on your experience and insights gained, rather than the art itself. We will close the session with a grounding exercise.

The session will consist of guided meditation, guided imagery, and art-making. The combination of the spiritual practice of meditation and creative self-expression through art allows you to bring out what is experienced in your inner-journey into the outer or physical world for you to observe and reflect on. You will learn simple techniques to use the art materials. You will also learn how to observe and reflect on your art as a form of self-reflection and deeper self-understanding.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

A comfortable place to sit and fully relax your body. (You are welcome to lay down during the meditation component). You are welcome to bring a blanket, a comfortable seat, candles, crystals, or items that can help deepen your relaxation and comfort.

  • Colour Pencils and/or oil pastels.

  • Watercolor paints, brush(es), watercolor paper, water

  • Print out of the provided “body outline drawing” on any white paper.

  • A journal to write on.

(The art materials are to be set up to use before the session begins)


OFFERING DETAILS::

  • A typical offering will last 90 Mins

  • Timezone 6:00pm BST | 1:00pm EST

  • You will need to have some drawing or painting tools with you

  • The Offering will be recorded and a Post Session Replay will be sent to all registered guests. So even if the timezone doesn’t align, you are still able to connect and delve into the offering in your own time and at your own pace.

Who is this session for?

This session is for anyone interested in exploring their intuition, cultivating relaxation, and expressing themselves and nurturing their creativity through art. Skill or experience in art is NOT required, as this session is about self-expression and honoring that process. The session is based on the belief that we all can express ourselves naturally and creatively through art if we allow ourselves.

What will be achieved?

What you will discover from this experience will be very unique to you and different for each individual. You will learn to quiet your mind, relax, bring your Divine Feminine forward, and express yourself through art, putting your inner chatter into the background. You will learn simple art techniques. You will walk away with new insights about yourself and skills you can use as your self-care practice.


SESSION PHILOSOPHY

Our innate connection with our intuition, emotions, body, and spiritual inner-guidance are often overlooked in our world today that predominantly operates from logical thinking and analytical mind. There is deep self-understanding and wisdom that we can access from our intuition, hearts, and use of the whole brain. The Divine Feminine is an aspect of ourselves that we all have access to that knows how to trust our intuition and inner-guidance, honor our emotions unconditionally, express ourselves creatively and flow.

The session's deep Guided Imagery Meditation component will gently tune us to our bodies and senses by quieting our chattery minds. In this way, we open the door to our imagination, intuition, and inner-guidance, and for the subconscious to flow through. The art-making process is a powerful way to bring forth the Divine Feminine within us because it encourages spontaneous self-expression, the flow of intuition, and connection with our bodies. Art is a powerful tool for self-reflection and deep self-understanding.
