That’s why we’ve created a list of our top 5 energising juices to get your day started on the right track. These juice blends are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. All you need to do is throw them in the blender. This is a cheaper and more fun alternative to buying fresh juices from the supermarket.

1. The Hydrator - A great source of vitamins and minerals. Celery, cucumber and spinach are made up of over 90% water, making this a perfect drink for rehydration. In addition, ginger and lemon aid in digestion. Altogether, these ingredients make an energising concoction.


1 large cucumber

8 stalks of celery

1 handful of kale

1 handful of spinach

1 handful of parsley

¼ lemon

1-inch piece of ginger
